UFM2400 Inline Ultrasonic Cake Bars Slicer

The machine UFM2400 is for cutting cake bars into different slicing thickness. UFM2400 is a solution for the portioning of block / log type products. The machine could pre-program to precisely cut cake bars. Customized UFM2400 is automatic inline machine installed with 300mm ultrasonic blade. A loading conveyor feeds the logs into the machine cell, where they are portioned on a servo-driven indexing conveyor.
